The process of submitting and managing notifications for food products was complex, time-consuming, and heavily dependent on manual workflows, which made it difficult for both businesses and regulators to operate efficiently.

Companies needed a clear and accessible way to submit required documentation, while the institution required a structured system to review, track, and manage decisions related to market entry.
