A contributor to the company’s growth from early EU-funded projects to advanced systems for aerospace, defense, and healthcare. He focuses on AI and embedded systems, particularly in complex system integration, while pursuing a PhD in AI and Quantum Computing and serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board at InventionMed. He continues to develop alongside the organization, supporting increasingly advanced R&D initiatives.

To make the process smooth, it’s worth taking a few minutes to prepare

  • Review your recent projects: scope, responsibilities, and outcomes
  • Be ready for a short conversation in English
  • Check your current notice period
  • Think through your salary expectations
  • Prepare a few questions - the meeting is also for you
