Bieganski Hospital is a multi-department medical institution providing a wide range of healthcare services. Managing both clinical and administrative operations at scale requires efficient access to reliable data across departments.

The hospital operated across multiple systems, including ERP and HIS platforms, where data was fragmented and difficult to access in a consistent way. This made it challenging to generate reliable insights in a timely manner, slowing down decision-making and limiting visibility into both operational and financial performance.

Without a unified data layer, reporting required manual effort and often lacked consistency, making it harder for management to respond quickly to changing conditions or optimize processes across departments.

To improve operations and decision-making, the system needed to:
