Driven by the Regional Social Policy Center and endorsed by the Regional Marshal, our client is dedicated to supporting isolated and vulnerable seniors. This comprehensive tool caters to the diverse needs of seniors.

Elevate the safety and comfort of solitary seniors, optimize health crisis responses, and ensure uniform user profiles and security across multiple facilities.

The solution seamlessly integrates two components:

• Health Monitoring Devices (Standard Medical Wearables):Delivery of 2000 standard medical wearables for health monitoring and threat detection.
• 24/7 Teleoperational Center:Institution managing responses to wearable alarms and coordinating assistance efforts.

Functionality of "Life Wearables" and Mobile App:

• Health Monitoring: Monitors blood pressure, pulse, detects fainting, and falls.
• Location Function: For individuals with memory loss, accessible through the mobile app.
• Emergency Call Initiation: Seniors can initiate emergency calls to the telecenter.

Promising initial results indicate potential project expansion to other demographics and similar initiatives. By the end of 2023, approximately 3800 individuals benefited from the telecare service. The telecenter received around 20900 calls, including 13400 SOS alarms and 7500 fall alarms. A total of about 850 interventions were organized, with around 390 cases requiring emergency services. This project stands as a testament to real-life life-saving efforts.
